Sales Executive

Reporting to the Sales Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for implementation of marketing strategies to assist in the achievement of the organisation's overall strategic objectives.

As a Sales Executive, your duties and responsibilities will include;

  1. Interview clients (both owners and prospective owners) to determine their specific fractional ownership property needs.
  2. Respond to inquiries regarding available properties, their location and features and benefits.
  3. Develop referrals or/leads through client contact and cold calling activities and perform regular follow ups activities. Provide client with information on fractional ownership and consistently close a weekly basis.
  4. As certain that all correlating paperwork and monitor them to minimise rescissions decisions and ensure timeless of closings.
  5. Explain the features advantages and benefits of proper that we are selling and marketing.
  6. Complete purchase summary worksheet and development to minimise rescissions decisions and ensure timeless of closings.
  7. Explain the features ,advantages and benefits of properties that we are selling and marketing
  8. Complete purchase summary worksheet and development plans to minimise cancellation and provide comprehensive owner assurance.
  9. Maintain operations by following policies and procedures, reporting needed changes.


The Job holder must possess;

  • Minimum of Two (2) years’ experience in Telemarketing, Sales, Insurance Sales or other relevant experience;
  • Diploma of Commerce in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or other related fields;

Compliance Officer

As a compliance officer, your roles and responsibilities will include;

a) Developing, initiating, maintains and revising policies and procedures for the general operation of the organization and its related activities to prevent illegal, unethical, or improper conduct.

b) Developing, periodically reviewing and updating the Code of Conduct to ensure relevance in providing guidance to management and employees.

c) Collaborating with the other departments to direct compliance issues to appropriate existing channels for investigation and resolution.

d) Ensuring that all employees comply with the statutory provisions of the Kenyan law.

e) Responding to alleged violations of rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and Code of Conduct by evaluating or recommending the initiation of investigative procedures.

f) Developing and overseeing a system for uniform handling of cases of violations of the rules

g) Ensuring proper reporting of violations or potential violations to duly authorized people as appropriate and/or required.

h) Working with the Human Resources Department and others as appropriate to develop an effective compliance training program, including appropriate introductory training for new employees as well as ongoing training for all employees and managers.

i) Monitoring the performance of the Compliance Program

j) Providing reports on a regular basis, and as directed or requested, to keep the management informed of the operation and progress of compliance efforts.

Responsibilities for the Senior Accountant Job
Handle budget preparations and analyse financial data
Discuss financial performance with management on a monthly and quarterly basis and assist in developing and implementing cost effective measures to reduce operational costs
Review all invoices for accuracy, appropriate supporting documentation and approval prior to posting in accounting system
Timely payment of vendors and suppliers & Maintain vendor files and contact lists Receivables
Prepare account reconciliations and financial statements on a monthly basis and report on variances
Recording of incoming payments
Performing day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables data
Generate and review aging report to ensure compliance
Timely preparation and filing of Withholding Tax, Withholding Vat and Value Added Tax
Computation of installment taxes and submission before due dates End Month/Year closing
Be actively involved in payroll preparations and ensure statutory deductions are made as per the set policies
Monitor and interpret cash flows and predict future trends
Senior Accountant Job Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and must be CPAK
3 - 5 years' experience in a similar role at a supervisory level
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, knowledge and experience in using Accounting Software packages such as ERP, Payroll Plus & Quickbooks
Proficiency in accounting packages
Suitable candidate should be of unquestionable integrity
They should also be dynamic and a team player
Should also have experience in internal auditing and in all areas of accounting
Ability to work to tight deadlines in a pressurized environment
Have high good attention to detail
The candidate must be very reliable and energetic as well as being able to juggle many balls at the same time.
